Terms of Use
Agreement
By using MyCyclo you agree to these Terms. MyCyclo is provided by Fitness With Mani (proprietor: Manish), House No. 187/2, Street No. 1, near DAV Girls School, Ferozepur Cantt, Punjab 152001, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
MyCyclo gives general information and estimates based on what you enter. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, including PCOD/PCOS. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health, and get medical help straight away in an emergency.
Not birth control
Period, fertile window and ovulation predictions are estimates and can be wrong. Do not use MyCyclo as birth control or to avoid pregnancy. Do not rely on it alone when trying to get pregnant.
Wellness content
Meal ideas, workouts and stories are general wellness suggestions. Stop any exercise that causes pain and check with a doctor before starting a new diet or exercise plan, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or take medicine. Check foods for your own allergies.
Your data and your responsibility
Your data is stored only on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for exporting a copy if you want one. We cannot recover lost data.
MyCyclo Plus
Basic tracking is free. MyCyclo Plus is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly by Google Play or the App Store. The price is shown in your local currency before you buy and may differ by country. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the rules of Google Play or the App Store and the law of your country.
Fair use
Use MyCyclo only for your own personal, lawful use. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content. All text, design and content in MyCyclo belong to Fitness With Mani (proprietor: Manish).
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop features of the app. We will try to keep the app working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MyCyclo is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect loss or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live outside India, you may also have the protection of the laws of your own country.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will update the date below and show a notice in the app for important changes. Continuing to use MyCyclo means you accept the new Terms.
